HotHealth, a feature-rich engagement platform, enables providers to digitally communicate with clients and patients through video conferencing, community engagement tools, online bookings and more.
With the newly introduced functionality users can enjoy an end-to-end telehealth workflow solution, capturing client details via the online forms, taking online bookings through the integrated booking system, send secure information via ReferralNet, and conduct video conferencing through a secure, encrypted end-to-end connection, all from the one platform.
A telehealth solution like HotHealth enables remote support for patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Online forms ensure better patient care and safety by screening high-risk clients prior to consultations, avoiding further contamination and providing an alternative to face-to-face appointments.

In addition to pre-screening, the new capability will allow patients to register via the online patient registration service.
Patients can complete their own demographic details and provide telehealth consent, all of which will be automatically sent to the practice system. Going paperless not only improves the user journey, it substantially increases patient convenience and the online forms can increase efficiency, standardisation and accuracy in the information gathering process, resulting in greater business productivity.
The easy to use feature has a drag & drop form builder to create custom forms specific to each organisation’s requirements, alternatively, there are premade templates available for organisations to use or start from. Examples of forms which may be used by service providers include, patient registrations forms, COVID-19 screening forms, referral requests, feedback surveys and more, all of which are accessible via a link, SMS, mobile phone, tablet or desktop.
HotHealth Patient Engagement platform is the digital doorway for practices. Not only technology for telehealth, but it can also be used for non-clinical services as a standalone platform in conjunction with any current system in place. However, it is particularly beneficial for General Practitioners (GPs), Allied Health professionals and Mental Health practitioners who need platforms like HotHealth to provide real-time support and continuity of care during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
