HotHealth is an all-in-one digital front door platform built for Australian healthcare organisations. It combines a branded website, online appointment booking, customisable digital forms, telehealth video conferencing and secure messaging via ReferralNet in a single platform. It is developed by Global Health Limited (ASX:GLH), which has over 40 years of experience in Australian healthcare technology.
HotHealth offers three plans priced per location with unlimited users: Entry at $200/month, Standard at $275/month, and Premium at $350/month (all ex GST). Each plan includes ReferralNet secure messaging. Plans differ in form submissions (200–750/month), video consults (30–50/month) and secure messages (30–416/month). There are no lock-in contracts.
Yes. HotHealth integrates directly with Best Practice (Bp Premier), MasterCare EMR, MasterCare PAS, MasterCare+ and PrimaryClinic. Online bookings sync with your appointment book. Digital forms are delivered to any clinical system inbox with ReferralNet via secure message delivery (SMD). HotHealth also integrates with Stripe for payment processing.
Yes. HotHealth is hosted on Tier 1 infrastructure within Australia and complies with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). All data is encrypted in transit and at storage. Video recordings are not saved in HotHealth. Global Health has managed sensitive healthcare data for Australian organisations for over 40 years.
