Your HotHealth forms are accessible via URL so they can be completed on any web-enabled device. Sending the digital form beforehand allows the patient or client to ask questions on any part of the consent form they don't understand.
Any data collected via your HotHealth site is stored in Australian servers in accordance with the relevant security and privacy principles. Forms data is encrypted at rest and in storage.
