All HotHealth plans come with Video Conferencing included. To get started, all you will need to:
Joining a video appointment is easy. You can either launch the video directly from your clinical solutions (if synced), or click the link in your email reminder, or go to your appointments screen on the HotHealth site and click the upcoming appointment. There will be a green, 'join' button in the top right from 5 minutes before your scheduled start time.
HotHealth's Video Conferencing function has been designed to adhere to security standards for Australian Healthcare. HotHealth allows you to keep your brand in focus, just like if your client attends your practice. Clients can access the appointment directly from your own HotHealth site or from the email notification.
You can track how many video conferencing sessions you have booked in the month in the Appointments Section Setting within the Dashboard. This will tell you how many sessions you have remaining for the current month.
Staff members can schedule appointments via the Appointments Page on your site. Staff members should use the staff booking button.
The Appointments section is HotHealth's internal booking system and allows you to undertake bookings and video conferences inside the platform. External Bookings enables you to link to third party booking engines.
The cost of appointments booked varies depending on what plan you are on. The plans have a number of included video conferencing appointments. Please view the pricing page for more details.
HotHealth integrates with PrimaryClinic, MasterCare EMR, MasterCare+ and Best Practice. We are open to integrating with other platforms, please contact us to find out more.
Confirmation and reminder emails are sent to the email address input at the time of booking. Reminders are sent one day prior and five minutes before the scheduled start.
HotHealth provides a field for you to input a Google Analytics tracking code in the website presentation section.
HotHealth can be customized to suit your needs. If you need a website, enable all the contact and news features. If you are happy with your existing website, use HotHealth as a secondary site to run all your engagement features such as online booking, video conferencing and digital forms.

You can share articles on your website to be viewed by all visitors. Within these articles you can add images to the body of text using a textbox format. There are options of 'Heading 1', 'Heading 2', 'Heading 3' styles which can be used for SEO. You can also label your articles to be easily found by people searching for specific topics.
You can share news and blogs to a targeted audience on your website, making it viewable only to people within a certain group, ie Diabetes Group or Wellness Group. You can send these groups email notifications for updates on the posts. You can also add a video, image or PDF file to this post.
A manager in HotHealth is a user with the power to control all aspects of the platform. The person who created the site is automatically a manager. You can have multiple managers by granting additional access to users in the user section of the dashboard. Managers are responsible for selecting which features are turned on and off, and what the site looks like. They will manage things like security levels, group requests, news articles, etc.
An "Assistant Manager" can create and edit news, articles and events. You can also grant them additional access in your manager dashboard.
Go to your "Dashboard" and select "Managers". Here you can see a list of all users that are managers.
Go to your dashboard and click on the "users" section. Add another user that you want to make a manager (if they are not already a manager) or edit a user to grant them manager access. Once you have a new manager for your app, they will be able to delete you or remove your manager access.
Yes. Note, you can create a maximum of 10 organisations and you can only have one HotHealth account per email address.
HotHealth has a number of security and privacy settings so you have control over who joins groups in your organisation and what information they are authorised to see. In the dashboard go to the "Groups" page and set up groups to find out more.
Click on the "Organization Details" option in the bottom left section of your dashboard. In the help text at the top of the page there is a link to delete your account.
You need to edit your subscription in your Global Health account to downgrade or upgrade. You can access the shop by logging into the shop. Alternatively, please contact our team.
No, when you delete information such as staff profiles or calendars, you will lose it forever. Please make sure you have made a note of any required information before you delete sections.
Click on the "Organisation Details" option in the bottom left section of your dashboard. On this screen you can change the name of your organisation.

All functionality of HotHealth is available through a mobile friendly website.
Your patients and clients only need a login if they are joining a video conference, want to view their upcoming appointments or want to access information you have only made visible to logged in users. All other times, they can access your site via the public URL.
HotHealth is a consumer engagement platform that allows you to keep up-to-date with your key healthcare providers.
Open HotHealth and click the "Log In" button. Click on "forgot password" and follow the prompts. Alternatively you can go to the password reset page directly.
HotHealth uses the same login credentials as Lifecard. Please log in to Lifecard and change it there.
An authorized person from your organization can create a HotHealth site. We call this person a "manager" as they have complete control over the platform. HotHealth can support multiple managers if you want more than one person to be able to manage the tool.
You can see what groups you belong to via the 'my settings' page when you are signed in to the platform.
To join a video conference click on the link in your email reminder or navigate to the organisation's appointments page on their site. You will need to login to the site, then click on the upcoming appointment. There will be a green 'join' button on the top right hand side of the screen — you can only 'join' the consultation up to 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
If your provider has appointments enabled you can book an appointment via the 'Appointments' section on the navigation bar. If they do not have 'Appointments' enabled, please contact them and they will schedule the appointment.
