Estimating your total number of submissions
A good way to work out the number of form submissions in a year is to take your total number of patients or clients and multiply it by three. Remember, you can replace patient administration forms, consent forms, GP referral forms, COVID screening forms, patient recorded outcome measures and more.
How do we calculate savings?
These savings are based on an estimated saving in paper, ink and administration time associated with printing, collating, scanning, trying to read poor handwriting, following up missing items, forwarding on forms to the correct team and sanitising related items. We have erred on the side of caution with estimates; the total savings you achieve might be larger then you think!
