HotHealth and its data is stored in Australian data centres to comply with relevant Australian privacy and security standards.
Secure payments
HotHealth and Global Health do not store credit card information. We don’t store your credit card information when you are paying for your subscription fees or when your patients and clients pay for appointments and services on your own HotHealth site. Payments are processed by secure external parties such as Stripe so that your information remains as confidential as possible.

Lifecard is used as for user authentication across Global Health’s consumer engagement products (Lifecard, HotHealth and Patient Portal).
